COVID-19 FAQ

How do we keep our guests safe?
We go above and beyond to make sure that our guests are safe and still provide the world class customer service experience we are known for. If you think there is anything else we should add to our list to make you feel safer, please let us know and we will try to accomodate your requests!

●   Rental regulators and BCD inflators are disinfected with a CDC recommended and EPA-N list approved solution for Covid-19. We encourage guests to bring their own scuba equipment.;

●   We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each dive, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.

●   Employees receive daily wellness checks, including temperature checks, to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free.

What can you do to keep fellow guests and staff members safe?
●   No hugs or high-fives! Please maintain 6 ft of social distancing whenever possible.

●   State and Federal mandates require everyone to wear a CDC recommended multi-layer face mask at all times when in our store, and on our boats. Brief exceptions are allowed for when actively eating or drinking, and transitioning to in-water activities.

●   Do not enter if you feel ill, have a cough, or fever

●   Guests should bring their own REUSABLE and full water bottle to limit their risk of using the communal water refill station.
